Being a small company, their site is also compact in design, with the main page containing all the necessary info and pricing and the ability to compare plans. They provide only VPS hosting solutions that are completely managed and optimized. A basic VPS plan will yield you a 12+Core CPU, 512MB RAM, 7.5GB of disk space, and unlimited traffic.
There’s no knowledge base available on-site, only the company’s blog.  The site strangely doesn’t include legal documents.

As stated on the site, the tech support department is online 24/7, and you can contact them by email or live chat. As usual, I’ve decided to test that out, and it took fine minutes for the first reply, considering the fact that I was the only person in the queue, and in total it took 15 minutes to resolve most of the questions, with some of them being left out because the person on the other end didn’t understand English so well.

TuchaCloud is using advanced system and network monitoring to constantly watch over your server and to ensure the most optimal performance. The company supports Apache and Nginx web servers to boost up server load times along with Zend and Memcached.

Daily backups are provided and are stored for up to 30 days. 

Uptime is promised to be 99.9%.

All of TuchaCloud’s plans come fully managed, so you don’t need to hassle about the troubles of managing the server yourself, which includes services of installation. Additionally, TuchaCloud has a VPN service along with a time synchronization one and you get SSH access. Fully managed and free migration is done by support specialists. Another nice benefit is that the company offers easy scalability, so you can upscale or downscale your server at any time without downtime. You can access your server stats in a couple of clicks thanks to AWStats

TuchaCloud services can be viewed as being market average price, although considering all the additional services that the company provides, you’d see that’s a lot cheaper. You can get a managed VPS for only 14.95$, with a usual discount on longer plans. The refund period is active for 30 days after the purchase.
